We do not understand why companies would like to implement ISO, CMMI or some
other forms of metrics. All of these are just time consuming and taxing for both parties.
Even after all of the processes, requirements still change and there are still delay in
timeline. So all of the meetings are essentially USELESS and WASTE OF TIME.
In Iexodus, we just DELIVER WHAT THE CUSTOMER ASK FOR. THAT IS IT !!!

Again all of those metrics and process that are in place are USELESS, if the
customer is not happy with the work.
We just Focus on what the Customer want in THEIR WAY, NOT THE ISO, CMMI
or SOME OTHER BS Process. We do not Believe in telling the customer to do
something that they are NOT COMFORTABLE with. :)
JUST PRODUCE QUALITY WORK !!!
